Write the class templates the generator emits

Problem/Motivation

The rule that makes this project different from the four forks is that generated files contain no logic — only declarations. That rule lives or dies in the templates: a single conditional in a template becomes a conditional in every generated file on every site.

Proposed resolution

• One template per resource kind, emitting a final class with the annotation, the docblock marker and the declaration methods, exactly in the agreed shape.
• Output that satisfies the module's own PHPCS ruleset without post-processing — generated code that fails the coding standard of the project that generated it is not acceptable.
• Deterministic output: the same Blueprint produces byte-identical files, so a regeneration with no model change produces an empty diff.
• The templates are the reviewed artefact of this stage; they get their own review pass.
