Description:

The $entityStorage and the $logger properties defined by the UserRestrictionTypeBase class are deprecated in the 2.1.x branch and removed from the 3.0.x branch.

Those properties are no longer used by the UserRestrictionType plugins defined by the project. There are no replacement; if UserRestrictionType plugins defined by contributed projects need those properties, they need to define them in their classes.

Impacts:
Module developers
Site templates, recipes and distribution developers
