There's two forms in quorum where new items are added to a sortable list: One is forward plans, the other is meeting agendas. Currently on both, the form needs to be saved to add a new item. Then the form can be re-opened and the new item placed where it's needed. Both of these forms could be improved so new items can be directly added into the sortable list, sorted and then saved.
