Problem/Motivation

The DDEV Contrib Module project gives developers the ability to use a cloned module directory as the document root of a local development website. This configuration may be committed so that no one else has to set it up from scratch in the future.

Proposed resolution

Add the DDEV configuration to the project. Add a require-dev dependency on drush/drush.
