Problem/Motivation

The 8.x-1.x-dev branch has had the Drupal 11 compatibility fix merged in for a long time ago #3431943: Automated Drupal 11 compatibility fixes for menu_condition https://git.drupalcode.org/project/menu_condition/-/commit/dc924b137b15e... but there is no current release provided with Drupal 11 compatibility.

Could we please have a stable release cut so that sites using this module can upgrade to Drupal 11 more easily without needing patches.

Proposed resolution

Could a maintainer please tag a 1.5 version of the module which contains the Drupal 11 compatibility.

There's been a dev release that'll work with D11 for a long time now, so you shouldn't need any patches for D11 compatibility. If you are running that dev unpatched, that'd be a great indicator that this module works with D11 and we can make a new release.

The main thing that puts me off just releasing the -dev as-is as V1.5 is that this module doesn't have any tests to prove that it works on D11. I'll see about writing some now, actually.

The new test passes on D11 and D10, so I think we're good to make a new release.

So I did plan to release 1.5.0, but d.o is forcing me to move to 2.0.0, so I'll do that once #3620392 is done.

That's done now. You can upgrade to 2.0.0.
