Problem/Motivation

The config files added in the most recent release had a discrepancy between the names of the files and the ids of the ECA models/process.

Steps to reproduce

- Install the module in a clean environment
- Confirm that configuration import fails

Proposed resolution

- Update the ids in the files to make the file names
