Add the address and contact shapes

Problem/Motivation

Addresses, telephones and e-mail addresses appear in the static data of every site and in contact-related bundles. The address field of the contributed module has a component structure that a raw dump renders unusable, and telephone and e-mail need normalization more than formatting.

Proposed resolution

• address: the components as named keys, with the country code resolved to a name in the response language; only registered when the address module is installed.
• contact: telephone and e-mail values, trimmed, with the raw value preserved alongside any normalized form.
• No opinion about formatting for display — that is the front end's business.
