Motivation

When combining JSON-API with ce-api responses, it's useful to have UUIDs of entity references.

This is doable already by going via a separate view-mode, but that's a bit cumbersome. let's support this directly in the formatter.

Optionally include uuid in ce-entity-reference formatter output.
