Added the default .gitlab and .github issue and merge/pull request templates. [#3614575]
Switched the Varbase functional testing suite to Varbase E2E (Playwright + Cucumber-js) on 10.1.x. [#3615711]
Sped up the test stage: reuse the installed build in the parallel test jobs instead of rebuilding. [#3616266]
