The project plan asks for privacy-conscious approaches that do not send
sensitive site information to external AI services.

askAiStructured() sends the full list of indexed page titles and paths on
every question. On a site with custom modules those paths and titles can
disclose internal structure to a third party provider, and there is no way
to opt out.

Reduce what is sent, for example by filtering the candidate list before the
call, and add a setting to restrict the assistant to local providers or
disable AI matching in favour of keyword search.

Merged to 1.0.x. Reviewed by @smustgrave. Sends only matching pages to the AI provider, with a setting to turn AI matching off entirely.
