Improve keyword search with fuzzy matching, synonyms, and Drupal-specific terminology so near-miss queries and alternative wording still find the right configuration pages.

Merged to 1.0.x. Reviewed by @smustgrave. Search now tries the phrase, then tokens with synonyms ranked by terms matched, then spelling distance.
