Problem/Motivation

The functional test testNodeTeaserAndPage fails checking the teaser display.

Proposed resolution

Promote the test node to the front page so that the teaser is displayed on the default /node route.

The tests pass with this patch plus the one in #3607918: Error from Drupal 11.4.0 extra setting on StringFormatter. I've force merged here, and we can check for a valid pipeline on the other issue.
