Problem/Motivation

Seen a couple of times now, most recently in https://git.drupalcode.org/project/drupal/-/jobs/11052358

I think this is not enough time between cache warming requests. The file parsing cache is a cache collector, so gets written end of request.

Reminded me we should do #3612172: Merge Umami performance tests so I've opened that issue with an MR and also included this fix over there.
