The generated codebase metrics page, docs/metrics.md, is produced from the code by scripts/generate-metrics.php and had drifted: it was last measured on 2026-07-05, before a run of merges (the engine state rename, the status vocabulary, the initiator surface, the State and Status Views handlers and more).

Regenerate it from the current 1.x with the documented command so the snapshot reflects the codebase again, then commit the result.
