Initialize Varbase News Base recipe

Problem/Motivation

Varbase 11 has no dedicated News recipe. drupal/varbase_news_base ("type": "drupal-recipe") is a clone of Varbase Blog Base (drupal/varbase_blog_base) for a News content type – same content type / views / Drupal Canvas wiring, bundle, fields, vocabulary, views, pathauto pattern and 19 Canvas content templates renamed from blog to news.

Steps to reproduce

N/A – this is a new recipe package, not a bug.

Proposed resolution

Add the drupal/varbase_news_base recipe:

• Sub-recipes: varbase_content_base, varbase_media_base, varbase_seo_base, varbase_workflow_base; installs selective_better_exposed_filters and webshare.
• News content type, listing view, pathauto pattern and 19 Drupal Canvas content templates, cloned from Varbase Blog Base and renamed from blog to news.

The Canvas content templates were rebuilt against the current Vartheme BS5 component versions, not copied as-is. Varbase Blog Base ships stale pins (card-text pinned at 4253a4e8d24d8b08 while the active version is e029fefa26d20f4f) and a level input on the Card component that the current version no longer declares as a prop; re-importing that same tree for a second bundle aborts the install with "'level' is not a prop on this version of the Component". A follow-up issue against Varbase Blog Base for the same stale pins is suggested.

Verified: installs clean (0 errors) alongside Varbase Events Base on varbase_starter; a news node page returns HTTP 200.
