Problem/Motivation

At the moment the recipe depends on article_content recipe from core, that might create non-needed Article content type. Instead with recipe inputs we can try to attach the comment field to the entity type and bundle that is desired.

Steps to reproduce

Apply the recipe.
If your site didn't have Article content type, it will appear.

Proposed resolution

Use recipe input to collect entity type and bundle to which the comment field should be attached.

It turned out that comment type depends on the entity type it is attached to. So it is possible to have entity type as a choice in recipe input, but for it to work one need also to create the comment type and its fields inside the recipe. So instead I just relied on comment_base and allowed to select the content type.

While developing the recipe I was able to attach the field dynamically to block_content entity_type, but the field was not working properly as there is no comment type for block_content.
