BC was missed for core/modules/image/src/Plugin/Field/FieldFormatter/ImageFormatter.php #3567618: Create service for image_path_flush, image_style_options and constant for IMAGE_DERIVATIVE_TOKEN

Let's add it here.

Upgrade to 11.4

Add BC for the constructor changes.
