The changes in #3604355: Sponsor teaser display is tied to the name of the Sponsorship tiers require a query alter to allow jobs not associated with a current sponsor to be listed.

Proposed resolution

Implement the query alter in the hook class, with a procedural stub for backwards compatibility.
