Problem/Motivation

In #3528444: Add option to display the login button when user is not logged in we added a login button for anonymous users who lack permission to add content of the specified type and bundle. This is a significant deviation from the way the module was designed to work, so we should make the new behavior available on an opt-in basis.

Proposed resolution

Add a setting to allow the login button to be show to anonymous users, and have it default to FALSE, so by default the behavior is consistent with prior versions.
