Problem/Motivation

When cleaning up the config keys in #3543322: Clean up config keys, the Mandrill module migration was not updating, resulting in config being migrated to the old config format.

Steps to reproduce

Migrate from the Mandrill to the Mailchimp Transactional module on the last version.

Proposed resolution

Update mailchimp_transactional_install().
