This release primarily focuses on significant improvements, bug fixes, and new features for the Number Counter component to make it much more robust and easier to use.

## New Features & Enhancements

* Seconds-based Duration: You can now set the counter's animation duration in seconds (e.g., 2 for 2 seconds, or 0.5 for half a second). The UI property has been updated from milliseconds to seconds, making it much more intuitive to configure. Backwards compatibility for existing counters using milliseconds is fully maintained.
* Looping Animations: Added a brand new Loop animation setting in the properties panel. When enabled, the number counter will continuously repeat its animation in a loop instead of stopping at the target number.
* WYSIWYG Editing: Enhanced the builder canvas so you can directly click into and edit the number counter's value without the editor getting confused.

## Bug Fixes

* Comma Parsing Bug: Fixed a critical bug where entering large numbers with commas (e.g., 50,000) caused the animation script to break, making the counter animate instantly.
* Number Jumping: Fixed an issue where the counter would occasionally jump to incorrect numbers, flicker, or show NaN during the animation cycle.
* Start Value Consistency: Fixed bugs with the data-start property so the animation always reliably counts up from the exact start number you define, instead of prioritizing stale cache values.
* DOM Structure Fixes: Fixed issues related to nested .uib-counter-value child elements and ensuring the correct node receives the formatted number updates.

## Technical Details

* Library Version Bump: The ui_page_builder.libraries.yml version has been incremented to ensure all end-users receive the updated JavaScript immediately without needing to manually clear browser caches.
* React Rebuild: The frontend builder application has been fully rebuilt (npm run build) to incorporate the new properties panel changes.
