Problem/Motivation

#3577749: Support Commerce Product, Product Variation entities added plugins for products and product variations, but not for product attribute values (commerce_product_attribute_value). We add fields to attribute values too, and there's no way to
search or replace them — the entity type doesn't even show up in the settings.

Proposed resolution

Add a plugin for commerce_product_attribute_value that extends the base Entity plugin, like the product plugins do.
