I attempted to repro this on a fresh install, core 11.4.1. Saved the settings form. Did not see a warning in dblog, status report page looks ok. Please provide more info on repro steps.

Hi @mdranove, below are the steps to reproduce the issue please try.

Install a fresh Drupal 11.4.1 site.
Install unique_alias_checker version 1.5.0.
Enable the module using Drush:
Run drush en -y unique_alias_checker
Run drush config:inspect --detail --only-error

See the reported config validation error:
