Remove menu link for ai_metering from top level admin toolbar

Problem/Motivation

The AI Metering links in the admin toolbar display the generic fallback icon,
making the section hard to spot among other items. A module-specific icon
improves recognition without changing any functionality.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install ai_metering with the Gin admin theme or the classic Drupal toolbar.
2. View the admin toolbar, the AI Metering section shows on GIN theme Bar
