Problem/Motivation

In https://www.drupal.org/project/charts/issues/3560381, we have broken apart the charts_api_example and made a sub-module for each library. This allows us to have cleaner code in the Charts API Example controller and gives us the flexibility to add API examples only for the current library.

I accidentally pushed my first commit to what I thought was the issue branch to the 1.0.x branch. I continued to push to that branch until the issue was completed. Marking it completed here now.
