Is there any solution to work with MS SQL server schema connection via sqlsrv driver?

It is possible to add External Entity type which ends in No database cross-schema implementation found for database driver 'sqlsrv'.

I am mainly using PostgreSQL and sometimes MySQL. I need to learn about sqlsrv and test. To be honest, it is not my highest priority but I'll try to keep that in mind and find a solution one day.

I did my work on it, but it is little bit complicated in this configuration. External Entity itself has hardcoded MySQL/PostgresSQL queries. There are needed patches of cross schema and external entities. Especially you need new compatible with MS SQL Server Database Storage and/or Query class. Sometimes it is not using query builder. When I will be ready I will post solution here - maybe as a new module being plugin to cross schema and External Entity. Stay tuned ;)

If you think things could be improved in External Entities to remove hard coded queries, don't hesitate to create a ticket. We are preparing a release by the end of September.
