The Drupal core compatibility bot has started automatically creating issues and patches to add Drupal 12 support (using || ^12 in the .info.yml file) across contrib projects.

Instead of waiting for the bot to reach Poll project, I am opening this issue to proactively add Drupal 12 compatibility ahead of time.
