Better boolean-string hardening for the Section component, @file doc block, and merge-based class arrays

Problem/Motivation

The Section component boolean and select options were out of sync in the Canvas editor form, so the form did not always show the right values.

Proposed resolution

Harden the boolean handling and add example values so the Section component options stay in sync in the Canvas editor form.
