Cannot install due to incorrect dependency name [#3592430]

Problem/Motivation

Composer install fails because paragraphs_components requires drupal/paragraphs_library-paragraphs_library, which does not exist.

Paragraphs Library is a submodule of the drupal/paragraphs project, so the dependency should likely be paragraphs:paragraphs_library, not paragraphs_library:paragraphs_library.
