Problem/Motivation

On a clean install of Drupal 11, when attempting to add a new field with the module installed, a WSOD results with the following error message:

Steps to reproduce

- install Drupal 11
- install Module
- attempt to add a new field to a content type
- observe the WSOD and error message

Proposed resolution

- Create a icons.field_type_categories.yml in the module root.
