Problem/Motivation

The Blog full content template does not include the Share component by default, and the Icons API is not wired to Vartheme, so editors have to add sharing manually.

Proposed resolution

Pre-place the Share component on the Blog full content template and wire the Icons API to Vartheme so sharing works out of the box.
