After upgradin to PHP 8.5, a warning pops up "Deprecated function: Using null as an array offset is deprecated, use an empty string instead"

Use an empty string instead :-)

adjust "/web/modules/contrib/gutenberg/src/BlockProcessor# vim DynamicRenderProcessor.php" to

105   /**
106    * {@inheritdoc}
107    */
108   public function isSupported(array $block, $block_content = '') {
109     return isset($this->getDynamicBlockNames()[$block['blockName'] ?? '']);
110   }

makes it work properly
