Update module page

Problem/Motivation

The module page (https://www.drupal.org/project/clientside_validation) is outdated. It includes information such as

The included jquery.validate.js file is patched because we needed to be able to hide empty messages.

which applied to the Drupal 7 version of the module but do not appear to apply to the latest releases.
