Problem/Motivation

After #3573954: Move common code across Drupal base test suite classes to DrupalTestCaseTrait , it should be straightforward to deprecate TestRequirementsTrait::getDrupalRoot() and just access ->root.

Seems like a good deprecation. Once this lands I assume https://www.drupal.org/node/3574112 needs to be updated to include this ticket since that's the CR it's pointing to
