Problem/Motivation

Currently, Single Directory Components (SDC) are shipped as part of the contributed theme. While this makes them immediately available out of the box, it creates a significant maintenance burden: any change to a component's markup,
props, or structure risks breaking existing installations that rely on it, either directly or through sub-themes.

Moving SDCs to the starterkit solves this, and frontends gets their SDCs on a starting point that they can freely adapt to their needs.
