The "Wait alert text" label is unclear to me. Why alert? Sounds dangerous!

Maybe "Wait-text"? Or what is it in detail?

Good point, the exact behavior is currently not made clear in the settings form.

I've checked the ALTCHA documentation and the window alert only appears when auto verification is active and only when type "form submit" was chosen. The alert is triggered when a user re-submits the form when ALTCHA is still calculating the challenge solution for the initial submit.

I'll make some tweaks in the settings config form so this explanation is added as a field description.
