Problem/Motivation

With DKAN 4 now on drupal.org. This module will need to:

Acceptance Criteria

  1. the composer patch removed
  2. composer list dkan 4 as the dependency
  3. the dependencies changed to point to the dkan_ prefixed version
  4. Any code referencing dkan core modules will need to be changed to use the dkan_ prefixed versions.
  5. Add documentation to the readme about the versions

Testing steps

This will be done as the 1.1.x branch to avoid confusion with the 1.0.0 which will only serve dkan 2.x
