Problem/Motivation

There are some more configs which we should ignore for now in order to make wse_config work on sites using some more common contrib modules. Also core menus can completely be ignored too because workspace support for menus is covered by wse_menu.

Steps to reproduce

Try to enable wse_config on a site using search_api, search_api_solr or group_content_menu.

Proposed resolution

Ignore configs of the mentioned modules in wse_config.

This shouldn't be needed anymore after #3563938: Refactor the way we enable/support simple config and config entities, because all simple config and config entities are now opt-out by default, but needs to be tested I guess..
