Problem/Motivation

When visiting the config form and go to "Local tasks" or "Version", the info shown is not the same and it more descriptive for version. We should copy that to the "Local tasks"

Steps to reproduce

Go to /admin/config/user-interface/navigation/extra and open "Local tasks" and "Version" tabs and see the difference
