Problem/Motivation

The migrate_plus.migration.one_page_crm_person_notes_comments.yml does not get updated when the person form is submitted.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

On form submit, the config/install/migrate_plus.migration.one_page_crm_person_notes_comments.yml should be updated with the new/correct field name and comment type. Get the comment type and field name from the field the notes are mapped to.
