I noticed that when deleting a node that has an apostrophe in it, its title in the Trash list encodes the apostrophe, compared to the content list where it's printed normally. An image is attached.

Self-assigning for the moment; I'm at DrupalCon Chicago working on this with lgschnurpel and nikki-peel.

I installed the patch locally. I had a page in the trash with an apostrophe in the Title, and installing the patch fixed it.
