Problem/Motivation

At the moment this module has multiple places where it adds exceptions to the cspell gitlab job.

1 set of exceptions lives in .cspell-project-words.txt

While the other set lives in .gitlab-ci.yml

Proposed resolution

Pick one or the other, my recommendation is to just add them to the gitlab file and remove the txt file since.
