Consider using Drupal CRM

Drupal CRM provides some useful building blocks and a growing ecosystem that may be useful for the b24 project in the long term.

Proposed resolution

Investigate whether building on top of Drupal CRM would be helpful.

In addition to the Drupal CRM issue queue, support is available in Drupal Slack's #crm channel.
