Nice catch and glad you're using it!
Thanks as well for the MR!
However, I think I'll rather remove the dependance on Twig Tweak here with something like

return $this->entityTypeManager
      ->getViewBuilder('paragraph')
      ->view($paragraph, 'default'); // original code was relying on Twig tweak {{ paragraph | view }} which uses 'default' view mode, not 'full'... so we specify 'default' so that this update does not break existing websites

will be releasing a new release soon with the update!
