Security review

Problem/Motivation

This is a brand new module which creates a zip file in the temporary file system and allows users to download it. Given that the module is permission based, and requires touching the private file system and involves zipping etc. there ought to be a thorough review of this module to ensure that there are no obvious security flaws before we create a stable release and opt in to security coverage.
