Problem/Motivation

Since Drupal 11.3 can run on PHP 8.5, GitLab CI jobs should verify the theme can run on PHP 8.5 too. They currently run only on PHP 8.3.

Proposed resolution

Add GitLab CI jobs for PHP 8.5 too.
