Added a settings form at `/admin/config/system/webmcp-user-forms` so all WebMCP tool attribute strings (toolname, tooldescription, toolparamdescription) can be overridden for the login, password reset, and registration forms. Hardcoded strings are now stored in config with sensible defaults matching the original values.
