Problem/Motivation

When you want to create a new Alertbox instance we get the following error

Failed to start the session because headers have already been sent by "/var/www/html/vendor/symfony/http-foundation/Response.php" at line 431.

Steps to reproduce

Go to admin/content/block add new alertbox block. The block is created but when you visit admin/structure/block you don't see it.
