Problem/Motivation

When the module has detected chains or loops that remain unresolved, there is no visible indication outside the module's own dashboard.

Site administrators may not be aware of existing redirect issues unless they manually visit the audit page.

Proposed resolution

Implement hook_requirements() to display a warning on the Status Report page (/admin/reports/status) when there are pending chains or loops to fix.

Added a warning message to the overall project status with information about issues detected by the module and a link to visit the dashboard. Additionally, the type column of the dashboard has been updated to filter by type.
