syntax error

Hi, just spotted this module and thought i'd try it out. I installed it and had the following error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '=', expecting ')' in /sites/all/modules/vocabindex/vocabindex.view.inc on line 426

I deleted the & before the $zebra and all is well so far

will this piece of the code be missed?
